1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Oz-Experts.com (we, our or us), collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal information when you visit the website (Platform), contact us or use our editing, proofreading and reviewing services (Services). It also incorporates our Cookie Notice.
We aim to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) where they apply to us, and other applicable privacy laws. This Policy describes our general information-handling practices. It is not a collection notice for every specific interaction, and we may provide a separate notice where required.
Oz Editors or Editors means contractors engaged by us to provide Services. You means a Platform visitor, user or client.

- enquiries, request details, documents, content, instructions and feedback;
- billing, payment and transaction information, although payment card details may be collected directly by a payment provider;

- from Editors involved in providing the Services;

Editors and service providers may handle information on our behalf or under their own privacy obligations. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when engaging providers that handle personal information for us.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it for behavioural advertising.

We may disclose personal information to recipients located in Australia and overseas. These recipients may include Editors and hosting, payment, communications, analytics or support providers.
Where Australian privacy law applies, we take reasonable steps required by law in relation to overseas disclosures. Overseas recipients may be subject to different privacy laws, and information handled overseas may be accessible to authorities under local law.
